We have been given a break from the world that we have known with the potential to create a New Earth. Although are unable to go and do, we have been expanding our communities into a global network. We all have Covid-19 in common, an instant global connection, resulting in the time and desire to connect with others in whatever way we can. We are all being asked to begin planting seeds for a New Earth. What do you want to see in the world? Food for all? Equality for everyone? Clean, Fresh water for the Earth and all of her inhabitants? Whatever it is, give it to yourself, give thanks for it. Then send that blessing out to the New Earth for everyone to have. To be co-creating the New Earth, we must be filled up and centered, ourselves. These simple self-care sessions will do that. After the session give yourself a few moments to dream and plant seeds. The New Earth is here, and we are creating it now!

These are intimate, small groups a maximin of four students, minimum of two. We find a time that works for everyone and meet for 5 weeks to discuss your client or yourself (self-care).
