Acutonics Institute of Integrative Medicine

Acutonics Sessions

Acutonics Integrative Medicine is rooted in the principles of East Asian Medicine which looks at the whole person. Each session is specifically tailored to the needs of the individual. Practitioners of Acutonics come from diverse backgrounds and include acupuncturists, massage and bodywork practitioners, physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, chiropractors, veterinarians, energy medicine practitioners, and psychologists. Each practitioners approach to working with clients is based on their knowledge, training, scope of practice, and the unique needs of each client. However, all Certified Acutonics® Practitioners have completed extensive training in the application of sound vibration directly on or over the body, they have learned the appropriate ways to layer sound in a session, and the specific tools to work with for a wide range of health related concerns.

Acutonics is being used to treat all types of allergies, respitory conditions, pain, digestive issues, for both maternal and child health, and many stress related conditions such as anxiety, sleep disturbances, inability to concentrate, and depression. An acutonics session is non-invasive, deeply relaxing, and it can be done completely clothed. Case study documentation and research demonstrates that results are often achieved fairly quickly, and they are long lasting. Many of our practitioners work with their clients to teach them simple techniques for their own self-care.
