Winter Solstice and the Elemental Dance of Water

Carmen Cicotti LMT, CAcP, Senior Faculty, Clinical Advisor

Water, a source of life and symbol of fluidity, holds a unique significance during this Winter Solstice time. As the temperature drops and nature begins its slumber, water takes on transformative qualities, mirroring the cyclical rhythms of the season. In various traditions, this liquid essence becomes a vessel for spiritual contemplation and renewal of the body, the mind, and the spirit.

While traveling through the season of the Water element, we find ourselves standing at the threshold of Winter Solstice, being offered the profound symbolism of water in this celestial tapestry. Whether in stillness or motion, water invites us to explore the depths of our emotions, adapt to change, and embrace the transformative energy of the season. May this be our prayer for the planet as we move through this time.

Acutonics emerges as a gentle yet powerful ally during this Winter dance with water, in a quest for inner harmony. Through the vibrational language of sound, this ancient practice invites us to attune ourselves to the cosmic symphony, finding resonance within the depths of our being.

Like a river flowing through the winter landscape, we can attune to specific energy points associated with the water element with the following frequencies, intervals, and archetypes to navigate the currents of life with grace and find renewal in the quietude of this solstice time.

Protocol for this seasonal time of hope, reflection and renewal and nourishing the Element of Water:

Ohm Unison and Ohm/New Moon 5th at KID 1 (Gushing Springs) to ground and open portals to the waters deep in the earth.

Low Ohm/Low Full Moon 6th at KID 3 (Great Ravine) and UB 23 (Kidney Shu) to deeply nourish the yin waters and the source of the Kidney.

New Moon/Neptune microtones at REN 4 (Origins Pass) to allow entry into the primordial waters followed by Low Ohm/Low Full Moon 6th to deeply nourish the root of the Yin.

EIGHT EXTRAORDINARY VESSELS
Here the Extraordinary Vessels become conduits for this harmonic dance, creating a sonic landscape that guides participants through the transformative waters of self-discovery, fostering reflection, renewal, and connection with the elemental currents of water.

Use High/Med/then Low frequencies to access and nourish the Yin in the field and bring it down to the root. Then follow with the chimes.

YIN QIAO MAI (Yin Motility Vessel)
New Moon/Neptune microtones to allow entry and further deepen into the primordial waters.

Ohm/Neptune 5th followed by Low Ohm Octave to open to the depths of water reflections and to come home to oneself in the sacred Yin.

REN MAI- (Conception Vessel)
Venus/Full Moon microtones to enhance and nourish the creative spirit of Yin.
Ohm/Full Moon 6th to deeply nourish the yin waters and nourish the root of the Yin.
