ACUTONICS® Sound Medicine
OCTOBER 1, 2022
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

2:00 – 5:00 PM CDT
3 hour Zoom workshop

Research into the efficacy of Acutonics has demonstrated that with simple self-care techniques it is possible to reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and ease the symptoms of anxiety and depression. The goal is always to help you achieve physiological homeostasis as well as the balance of body, mind, and spirit.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about Acutonics for personal or family self-care, there are two upcoming classes offered live on Zoom with senior faculty member, Mary Burke Kelly.

Acutonics Self and Family Care is a one-day workshop, offered on October 1. This class was developed for those with an interest in Acutonics, who want to deepen their understanding of how to treat themselves and their family members but don’t plan to become a practitioner, or perhaps just want to experience a short class to decide if you’d like to study it in more depth. In this class you will learn theory as well as practical step-by-step applications on where to place the tuning forks for maximum benefit. If you don’t have Acutonics sound tools yet, Mary provides a great option to either rent or purchase the tuning forks.

Acutonics @ Home, a 3-hour workshop offered on October 8, is designed for non-practitioners, our clients, and the general public to have access to a simple Acutonics tuning fork routine for physical and emotional balance at home. This three- hour workshop on Zoom is designed to empower those who don’t want a three-day in-depth Acutonics class or just want to be able to help their own digestion, pain, or frustration and learn to get grounded and balanced. The Acutonics @ Home workshop was developed for minimum investment in time and money for anyone interested in basic Acutonics tuning fork self-care.
