The Return of Sedna is Changing the Landscape of our World

These are unprecedented times to say the least. Never during our lifetime has the world been so connected and affected by the systems that govern its people. In the Acutonics Community we are indoctrinated into the world of Sedna, and understand her myth, medicine, and message. This article discusses how Sedna’s evolutionary hand is catalyzing these changes, bringing both challenges and the promise of resolution. It also examines how Sedna’s chart interacts with the chart of the United States, and how the upcoming transits, most notably the eclipses of 2020 will impact both charts, and unleash a chain of events that will undoubtedly change reality as we currently perceive and experience it.
Vibrational Acupuncture: Integrating Tuning Forks With Needles

“Together, (these) two modalities balance Yin and Yang, both calm and stimulate, and simultaneously ground and lift up the Qi. This permits the integration of Water/Fire polarities within the body, allowing for a flow of Shen spirit in physical form and contributing to the manifestation one’s particular destiny.”
“A Fascination with Fate”: My Approach to Astrological Interpretation

One of the most challenging aspects of unabashedly embracing the astrological worldview, as I have for at least the past 25 years, is that it requires one to abandon a perspective that has been firmly embedded within Western culture for at least a century or more – that of the scientific paradigm, which posits that human beings inhabit a universe in which our existence as a species has no particular significance, and that our individual destinies, as members of that selective group of highly-evolved mammals, are dependent upon the concatenation of purely random factors – and likewise without meaning or purpose. It is an extraordinarily bleak lens through which to regard the nature of reality, and one which provides cold comfort where we are confronted with the harsh vicissitudes of survival on this small verdant globe which we call home, such as the majority of the population is now subject to in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic.
A Conversation with Jill Keene Certified Acutonics® Practitioner

Jill Keene our most recently Certified Acutonics® Practitioner began her Acutonics studies with Katie Mink and Laurie Herron in June of 2014, and throughout that year she quickly followed with Level II, III and IV, completing all course work and electives in 2019. I had the pleasure of meeting Jill many years ago at Acutonics Camp in Mt. Shasta and her passion for this work and desire to serve the greater community in any way she could was remarkable. Laurie Herron beautifully articulates my experience of Jill with these words: “I have found Jill to be a deep well that others may draw upon. She shares herself freely with us and our community. Her passion for learning and healing is only surpassed by her desire to be of service. To me she is “Golden”.
The Heart as the Unifier

As we approach summer, the season of the Heart (Fire Element), there is so much going on in the world around us that could trouble our hearts. In the view of Classical Chinese Medicine the primary function of the Heart is to open our awareness of unity and to help us to experience connection and community. The Heart is the “unifier” and is said to define our humanity. It is the home of our spirit. Especially in times of discord it is our hearts that yearn for unity.
Summer Solstice Self-Care Tips

Summer brings us to the Fire Element and long light filled days. On Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, we are showered in sunlight. Remember that the Sun rules the Heart where our authentic-self resides. Working with the energy of the Solstice and the Fire Element, focus on bringing this powerful light deep into your heart to connect with your soul’s true vibration. Engage all the fire meridians in this heart journey. The Small Intestine aids in sorting out what is truth and what is not. The Pericardium meridian protects the heart as we open and expand into ourselves. Last but not least, the San Jiao is a wonderful transporter of qi and blood throughout our whole being, as it circulates and blends Heaven, Humanity and Earth to bring balance within. The Fire Element also reminds us that ceremony and ritual within our community is very important to fill us with love and unity. Community starts within your own being and then expands outward.

"The impact of this class has provided me with a way of expanding my practice in Hawaii. I have a deeper understanding of the meridians as well as being made aware of the art of creating a healing space for patients. Sue (Wadden) is fabulous and articulate. There was a lot of Aloha in this class"
