Acutonics Institute of Integrative Medicine

Acutonics® Elective: NSEV: Non Somatic Extraordinary Vessel

NSEV or Non Somatic Extraordinary Vessel is a comprehensive model exploring acupuncture's Eight Extraordinary Vessels for cultivation, wellness and clinical care. Developed by East Asian Medical Doctor Daniel Atchison-Nevel, NSEV was originally designed for acupuncturists, massage therapists, energy healers, and healthcare professionals. Over the years, this modality has expanded its original reach and is now taught all over the world to all individuals seriously interested in the personal and collective healing process. A background in Chinese medicine and Acutonics Integrative Medicine is not required to attend this class. However, this course is considered as an elective in the Acutonics Certification Program.

During the weekend, you will learn new tools and a new language for healing. We will look at the theoretical foundations of the modality, diagnostics and treatment strategies and techniques using different approaches such as sound vibration using Acutonics tuning forks, as well as magnets and cords and acupuncture needles. Personal cultivation and wellness care is an important and intrinsic part of the NSEV modality and will be emphasized this weekend.

Alicia Villamarin PhD, AP will be presenting this modality and guiding this 3-day immersion in the Eight Extraordinary Vessels. Alicia is a Nationally Board Certified Acupuncture Physician and a senior Acutonics and NSEV teacher. She has been working directly under Daniel Atchison-Nevel to successfully incorporate Acutonics into the NSEV practice. She teaches NSEV and Acutonics in remote rural regions all over the world with The Wu Project; a non-profit organization that she founded with colleague Dr. Maria Romero.
