Laurie McDonald

Laurie McDonald is a writer, filmmaker, and sound therapist living in New Mexico, USA. She holds an undergraduate degree in film/video from the Rhode Island School of Design and a graduate degree in Literature from the University of Houston, Texas. She is certified in the Therapeutic Applications of Sound and Music with the NADA Centre for Music Therapy, Chennai/New Delhi, India, and is an honorary faculty member with the Centre. In 2013, Laurie became a certified Acutonics^® practitioner. She owns and operates Sound Therapy Santa Fe, a vibrational sound healing practice located near downtown Santa Fe, N.M., and is also available for in-home treatments.
