My journey as a healing arts practitioner began with my own body at birth. Throughout my entire life I have experienced dis-ease. Finding very limited success with Western Medicine, I began to explore complimentary healing modalities. I was fortunate enough to receive treatments from an acupuncturist and an energy medicine healer who were also Acutonics teachers. It was through them that I was first exposed to the Acutonics sound healing system and finally began to experience relief on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.

In fact, my first session was so profound that I enrolled in a certification program two weeks later. It was through the Acutonics training that my empathic and intuitive abilities surfaced and I discovered my true calling in life -- to be of service to people on their healing journeys.

In addition to teaching yoga, I currently offer Acutonics, acupuncture, massage and bodywork, and energy medicine modalities in Prescott, AZ.
