I grew up in Cupertino, California where I enjoyed riding my bike, dance and gymnastics in what was cherry orchards and open spaces, places that are now covered with Apple Park, freeways and shopping malls.
As a child, I was naturally drawn to the unseen realms, seeking out angels, mystical experiences and trying to time travel. I started to find answers in energy schools, coaches, and psychics which helped balance the practical and linear corporate world where I worked for many years. At the same time I was trying to navigate hearing loss, a theme that has weaved through my entire life both personally and professionally

In early 2000, while working for Plantronics in Santa Cruz, California, I began studying with Debbie Ford, author of Dark Side of the Light Chasers and Spiritual Divorce, and completed her Integrative Coaching program. My relationship with Debbie helped me reframe all my life experiences and start to mine the gifts into precious gold. The wisdom gained inspired a blossoming into facilitating others in healing the energetic and physical body with ease, congruence, compassion and joy in a myriad of ways.

In 2006, I attended the first ever Voice, Music and Sound Healing program at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco where I began my formal training in Sound and Vibrational healing and continued to study Acutonics tuning forks and singing bowls. I have offered private and group sound baths in California, Hawaii, Montana, New Mexico and Washington state for the last 20 years and left corporate work that same year for good.

A life long yoga practitioner, I was certified (200 hour) in 2012. I have a unique way of weaving sound healing into yoga Nidra class and is the only yoga class I teach currently.

As an artist, I love to play with and express through different textures, mediums and subjects. Self taught, I picked up a paint brush in 2016 and never looked back. I find inspiration in everyday things including flowers, landscapes and animals as I endeavor to capture a moment, a feeling or an experience in a new light.

My work reflects the gift of listening beyond the human ear as I utilize the challenge and gift of lifelong hearing loss to tap into the “6th sense” that lives underneath our more common 5 senses of sight, touch, smell, taste and hearing.

When not working with clients or creating in my studio, I can be found walking the trails of the gorgeous PNW or the beaches of Todos Santos, snuggling with my cat and dreaming into my next expression of ease, joy and havingness.

Please reach out if you have any questions, I am excited for this new chapter and Year of the Fire Horse!

Thank you, Bella
