Amarys, Acutonics® Practitioner
Amarys is an Acutonics® Practitioner with multiple certifications and extensive advanced training within the Acutonics Institute of Integrative Medicine modalities. She is co-founder of Leshift™, a Montréal-based Frequency Institute and Sound Healing Studio dedicated to sound therapy, vibrational medicine, integrative wellness practices and immersive experiences.
Her work is grounded in Acutonics® principles and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, combining precision-calibrated tuning forks, sound immersion techniques, breathwork, and somatic awareness practices to support nervous system regulation, energetic alignment and deep restorative balance.

With over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, athletics and wellness innovation, Amarys brings a structured and embodied approach to her practice. Her background includes high-level competitive snowboarding and cross-continental cycling expeditions, experiences that shaped her understanding of endurance, focus, and human performance under physical and psychological pressure. Over 20 years ago, she also deepened her studies in yoga and breathwork in California, integrating these practices into her athletic and wellness disciplines.
Her path into healing was also profoundly shaped by her personal caregiving experience: her father lived with Parkinson’s disease for 22 years, and she provided dedicated care during the last six years of his life. This experience deeply informed her understanding of presence, compassion, and the importance of supportive care within the healing process.
At Leshift, she facilitates individualized sessions, group sound experiences, workshops, and educational programs designed to restore coherence, support emotional clarity, and promote long-term well-being and self-care through carefully curated frequency-based modalities. A committed practitioner of the Acutonics system, she works closely within the Acutonics community and institute framework, contributing to the evolving global field of sound-based healing practices.
As a pioneer of Acutonics in Quebec, she aims to broaden its local reach.
