Akira is a musician and sound engineer who edits music and repairs electrical equipment such as electric guitars and amplifiers.
While working for over 20 years, he began to think about using sound to help people more directly and eventually met Acutonics® .

He first went to the school in Japan, and after completing levels 1 and 2, he decided to come to the US to take classes at the Mothership.
The Mothership classes are the best environment to learn Sound Healing and Donna and Ellen are the best mentors for him.

From his many years of experience repairing instruments and making music, he has learned that poor sound balance or a broken electric instrument can create bad resonance.

It's the same with the human body, where parts that are not in  good condition seem to have bad resonance.

When repairing musical instruments, he uses an oscilloscope, which displays sound waveforms and when editing music, he uses a frequency analyzer to visually check the frequency distribution of the sound.

These experiences greatly influence his treatments. When he does a treatment, he imagines the sound waveforms resonating within the client's body.

While learning about the importance of the relationship between indigenous peoples and sound healing, he met a Zuni shaman and learned about songs and prayers. Although there are ancient shamanic rituals in Japan, his understanding of sound healing was deepened by learning about Native American traditions.

He keeps learning sound healing and tries to do his best to provide the best sound healing.
