Amarys (Anne-Marie Rossignol)
Acutonics Practitioner & Licensed Teacher
Some choose to step away from established paths to prioritize self-care and respond to a deeper inner calling. Over the past twenty years, Amarys has embodied this choice, committing to a more intentional way of living, working, and evolving through disciplined practice, cultural exploration, and sustained personal alignment. Quebec-born, of French-Breton heritage, she is also a world traveler fluent in English, French, and Spanish. She approaches life as both explorer and practitioner, drawing from lived experience, movement, and cross-cultural perspectives as essential foundations of her journey.
Her early career in high-performance environments, including elite competitive snowboarding and cross-continental cycling expeditions across South America, Europe, Scandinavia, and the continental United States, shaped a strong foundation of resilience, adaptability, and precision under pressure. These formative experiences cultivated a lasting understanding of human performance across both physical and psychological dimensions.
Delivering immersive, therapeutically impactful sound healing experiences and personalized one-on-one sessions, Amarys offers The Amarys Method™ and is introducing the Acutonics modality to Quebec. As a multidisciplinary healer, she brings a deeply personal connection to vibrational healing. Her relationship with sound began early, singing in a professional choir, studying music, and performing in iconic venues. She holds a university degree in Business Administration and the WSET Level 2 Award in Oenology, combining strategic acumen with refined expertise in wine and sensory analysis.
More than twenty years ago, she expanded her practice through yoga and breathwork training in California, integrating these disciplines into an ongoing commitment to holistic development and embodied awareness. As an athlete, entrepreneur, coach, educator, and designer, she later founded Leshift™, a Montréal-based Frequency Institute and Sound Healing Studio conceived as an immersive destination where her multidisciplinary expertise converges into a unified experiential framework.
Alongside her role as practitioner and creative director of Leshift, Amarys draws on over two decades of women-led entrepreneurship, bringing together design thinking, exploration, athletic discipline, and integrative wellness practice.
Through contemporary interpretations of traditional healing arts and emerging approaches in frequency-based wellness, Leshift™ develops an ongoing practice within the spectrum of vibrational health. The work integrates modalities supported by applied research and consistent experiential outcomes, addressing multiple dimensions of well-being, including sensory perception, parasympathetic regulation, vibroacoustics, breath, and movement rhythms to create a cohesive framework that enhances the impact of each modality.
Rooted in refined frequency-based immersion practices, breathwork, movement, and somatic awareness techniques that support nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and profound restorative balance, her work is centered on self-discovery, modality education, trauma-informed assessment, and holistic alternatives.
Using precision-calibrated tuning forks within parts of her practice, she defines the Acutonics® tools and instruments as leading instruments in global frequency-based practice and quality. She also integrates Acutonics® and its Traditional Chinese Medicine framework, grounded in planetary correspondences, meridian-based energetic pathways, and the principles of Eastern medical philosophy expressed through vibrational sound, adapting these principles for contemporary application.
Alongside this, she offers therapy sessions to the general public, introducing frequency-based approaches to a broader audience for everyday support and self-care, not solely as a learning pathway but as a complementary alternative for holistic well-being. Through this integrative approach, she honors the depth and lineage of Acutonics®, combining clinical precision with experiential practice to create a grounded and accessible therapeutic experience across modalities. She offers her methods and Acutonics® to the general public, guided by the belief that Acutonics® continues to evolve as a key reference within the field of frequency-based and integrative health practices.
Her path into healing was profoundly influenced by personal experience. Following her father's 22-year journey with Parkinsons disease, Amarys served as a dedicated caregiver during the final six years of his life. This experience deepened her understanding of presence, compassion, resilience, and the essential role of supportive care in the healing process, shaping much of the philosophy that guides her work today.
As a representative of Acutonics®, Amarys is actively contributing to the expansion of the modality within global French-speaking communities through educational initiatives, live events, immersive experiences, and digital platforms globally. Her vision extends beyond practitioner circles, focusing on bringing the benefits of sound and frequency-based wellness to everyday individuals while preserving the integrity, rigor, and depth that define the Acutonics system.
Having studied extensively under numerous Acutonics® teachers and mentors throughout her professional journey, she represents a new generation of practitioners and innovators emerging from the Institute. Her ongoing mission is to bridge advanced frequency medicine with practical self-care applications, empowering individuals to engage more consciously with their own well-being while honoring the foundational principles and standards of the discipline.
At Leshift™ in Quebec and Eastern Canada, Amarys facilitates in-person large-group and individualized sessions, group sound experiences (sound baths), workshops, and educational programs designed to restore coherence, cultivate emotional clarity, and support long-term well-being. Through her work, she contributes to the evolution of sound-based healing and broader frequency-based practices, fostering greater awareness of the role that frequency, vibration, and conscious presence can play in modern wellness.
She will also offer Acutonics® Levels I and II as the French representative beginning in summer 2026, while actively translating institute materials to expand accessibility and reach across French-speaking regions. Her work reflects a growing commitment to extending these teachings to French-speaking communities internationally.
She will provide training and courses in both English and French in Quebec, supporting bilingual education and serving as a key regional resource for Acutonics® education in Eastern Canada.
In an ever-evolving world where wellness has become more than a trend and increasingly a way of life, the teachings and applications of Acutonics® offer a timely and meaningful framework for integrative care. Through her leadership, educational outreach, and dedication to excellence, Amarys is helping bring these transformative practices to a broader audience while supporting the continued growth and evolution of the global Acutonics community.
