There is so much going on in the world, I sometimes forget just how powerful I am. How powerful You are! We have these amazing Acutonics tools that can shift, enhance and balance our personal vibration. Our personal vibration then goes out into the world and touches everyone we come into contact with. There is so much going on in the world, I sometimes forget just how powerful I am. How powerful You are! We have these amazing Acutonics tools that can shift, enhance and balance our personal vibration. Our personal vibration then goes out into the world and touches everyone we come into contact with. I believe that, “If I don’t like what I see in the world, then it’s time to change me.”

These self-care tips are vibrations I want to see more of in the world. I hope you do too. They start with a powerful I AM affirmation claiming what we want and then an interval to amplify that vibration within us, then we can emit that vibration into the world. The points are chosen to root the interval within us, let our physical body feel and be that vibration. The points start on your feet and then walk up the body, so at the end you are in a laying down position for the integration, rest time. If you have a singing bowl, place it next to you so when you are done with the points you can easily activate it and rest. Give yourself about 10-15 minutes to complete the session and allow a few minutes of rest afterwards to integrate the vibrations.

Layering Harmonic Essentials® into your self-care session adds another sense layer and richness to your personal routine. Simply place the oils on a cotton ball; while resting place the cotton ball under your nose. To keep this scent interval with you all day, put it in a diffuser or place it on a cotton ball and put the cotton ball on the vents in your car. 

Another way to do these self-care sessions is to do them before bed, then you can dance in the Devachan all night integrating the vibrations into your being. Upon waking listen to the forks, review your I AM affirmation, smell the Essential Oils interval and then start your day in that vibration.
